New Membership

MEMBERSHIP OF THE CLUB:

Membership is Constitutional and a Club Member is to propose.

Candidates for election must be nominated by a proposer and seconder who are members of the Club and to whom the candidate is personally known. All nominations shall be on the form provided by the Honorary Secretary and signed by the proposer and seconder. The name and address of the candidate shall be posted in the registered office for 14 days before the nomination is dealt with by the Committee, The Committee may elect temporary members without formal nomination and without posting their names in the registered office.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING:

The first General Meeting of the Club shall be held at such time being not less than one month nor more than three months after the incorporation of the Club and at such time and place as may be determined by the Committee. Subsequent Annual General Meetings shall be held annually during the month of March at such time and place as the Committee may determine. The notice convening the Meeting shall state time and place of Meeting and business to be transacted and shall be posted to members at least ten days prior to the date of such Meeting.

Notices of Motion for the Annual Meeting must be received by the Honorary Secretary not less than fourteen days prior to the Meeting and must be signed by at least five members.

Deepsea = $5 (1st weekend of each month weather permitting)

Rock & Beach = $5 (subject to notice)

Estuary = $5 (as above conditions)
